Gift Vouchers

Vouchers can be purchased for both the Airstream, the Airstream with Benefits and a dollar value. Vouchers for the Airstream and Airstream with Benefits are valued at the standard rate. Accommodation rates can fluctuate and amend at any point of time. The rate at time of booking is the final offered rate. Gift vouchers are valid for 2 years and are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. Gift vouchers cannot be extended past the expiry date and the recipient must book and stay before the gift voucher expires.

1.1 HOTEL NO Gift Vouchers must be booked and taken within 3 years of purchase. Valid for gift vouchers purchased from 01/04/20 only.

1.2 Once a Gift Voucher has expired HOTEL NO is under no obligation to offer an extension outside of what is fair and reasonable

1.2.1 Expired vouchers are non-refundable in whole or in part. After a voucher has expired, it is no longer valid, and all transaction attempts will be declined. Any unused value at the date of expiry will become the property of HOTEL NO.

1.3 HOTEL NO Gift Vouchers are not refundable or redeemable for cash

1.4 The expiry date is clearly displayed on all HOTEL NO Gift Vouchers.

1.5 Vouchers can be purchased for both the Airstream, the Airstream with Benefits and a dollar value. Vouchers for the Airstream and Airstream with Benefits are valued at the standard rate (AWB $449 & Standard Airstream $399). Accommodation rates can fluctuate and amend at any point of time. The rate at time of booking is the final offered rate.

1.5.1 There will be a minimum of two nights per week available at the standard HOTEL NO Gift Voucher price rate and all HOTEL NO Gift Voucher recipients have the option to make up the difference should they request a date with a higher tariff than that of the average HOTEL NO Gift Voucher price rate.

1.5.2 Should a tariff be less than the HOTEL NO Gift Voucher price rate, HOTEL NO will provide complementary product to the recipient booking so that the airstream meets the standard HOTEL NO Gift Voucher price rate. No refunds of the difference will be provided.
