This is the small writing you see everywhere that you usually ignore but unfortunately is pretty important. Please take some time to have a read through the below. By accessing the HOTEL NO website, you agree and accept, without limitation, all of these conditions and terms of use. These conditions and terms govern HOTEL NO.



All reservations are made subject to these conditions and terms and the person who makes this reservation will be deemed to have accepted these conditions and terms on behalf of the individuals staying at HOTEL NO or using it’s facilities. All reservations are subject to availability. HOTEL NO is not responsible for reservation communication failures, malfunctions or others errors or entries on or in connection with the HOTEL NO website. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old in order to make a reservation at HOTEL NO. In addition, you agree to only make reservations in order to meet your personal needs, or those of another person over the age of eighteen (18) on whose behalf you are authorised to make reservations. Don’t be greedy.


HOTEL NO will accept full payment upon booking and may take up to seven (7) days to process this transaction. All bookings made with a Amex or Diners Club will incur a surcharge of 3%. All other credit cards will incur a surcharge of 1.5%.


Gift vouchers purchases are non-refundable, sorry.


In the event that you need to cancel/reschedule your booking, please contact us 14 days before arrival so that we can lock in a new date, issue you with a credit note or provide a refund. In order to keep a small business ticking over, refunds or reschedule requests will not be accepted within 14 days of arrival.


Full payment is taken at the time of booking to lock in a group stay at HOTEL NO. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If cancelled between 14 and 30 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be offered. If cancelled less than 14 days before check-in, no refund will be given.

A grace period of 48 hours is given after the initial group booking to receive a full refund regardless of the above timeframes.


This has thrown us all a massive curveball and we understand that it is hard to give us 14 days notice in a lot of Covid related cases. HOTEL NO will reschedule bookings if;

-You or a family member contract
Covid-19 and are unable to travel on your intended dates (this includes self-isolation). We will need proof via PCR and will not accept pictures of RAT’s.

-HOTEL NO is closed due to Covid-19.

-Government restrictions due to Covid-19 stop you from travelling on your intended date.

Claims must be supported by relevant documentation such as a medical certificate and must be submitted no later than 24 hours before arrival.


HOTEL NO includes third party products or services and HOTEL NO is not liable under any circumstance for any failure by third parties to provide those products or services at the time of your stay. Vouchers or other offers provided by third party companies are subject to conditions and terms specified by those third parties.


Standard check out time is indicated in your reservation confirmation. Any departure from HOTEL NO after that time may incur an additional cost. In the event that HOTEL NO’s properties located inside your Airstream deemed missing or stolen during the time of your stay, you will be held financially responsible. In the event that your personal possesions are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the HOTEL NO rooftop, HOTEL NO does not assume financial responsibility.


Charges for any damage inside or outside of the Airstream which is assigned to your reservation will be applied to the credit card supplied to HOTEL NO for payment of the reservation. If payment is unsuccessful an invoice for the charges will be sent to the person who made the reservation.


You agree that HOTEL NO use your email address to send you information and updates.
