After following the progress of Notel for many months, finally we had our chance to stay after booking the Airsteam with Benefits package, The mystery started at the roller door and once we finally arrived at our trailer it was every thing to be expected and some.
Tracy and I also had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with James on Saturday afternoon.
To say it different is an understatement, it is a Fantastic place to stay great view of the Iconic Eureka Tower and the sunset on the tower just added to the experience James and his team have made something so simple work so well and it deserves a 10-STAR Rating

Mystery of trying to get in only adds to the intrigue and it is so worth it once you make it. The vans themselves are quite beautiful and very comfortable and well appointed. Maybe a little difficult getting in and out of bed but what a great bed together with lovely linen. Bathroom is roomy and shower is great. Had chance to speak to Ellen who was filling our mini bar. Sadly the drinks were not cold. But James arrived for a chat and when we mentioned the drinks he arrived back with as much cold beer and sparkling as we desired. Lovely to chat with him about his vision and how it all came together. Spent a very comfortable time at Notel and definitely recommend. Also, we asked Ellen to arrange for rain that night which she did – lying in your comfortable bed listening to the rain falling on the trailer roof topped it all off.

So glad I finally got to stay here! Such a great experience and makes a great Insta pic ;)!!! Apart from the clip thing on the ceiling that holds the iPad up being broken my stay has been quite pleasant. The shower pressure is amazing btw. Thanks Notel ????????

Loved my experience staying at Notel….the secret entrance is totally awesome and using your mobile phones to get in was super cool. Loved the caravan and the bed was so comfy I felt like I was sleeping on clouds. Had the best sleep and listening to the rain on the roof while u r all cozy in bed was fantastic! The spa was the best!!! Can’t wait to go again!!!

What an amazing place to stay and exceptional customer service! Its fun, relaxing and quirky you will never want to leave. James helped us book in to a booked out garden state for dinner that had lines down the road which was a nice little VIP experience to add to the already awesome time we were having. Highly recommeneded! ☺️ Thanks Notel for exisiting and being so awesome. Xx

Was a fantastic experience for our joint bday celebrations. Great to have parking directly underneath accommodation and to experience something unique was brilliant. The bed and shower was amazing. My only disappointment was to not have any Colonial beer in the complimentary beer fridge as had my mind set on that after reading the website. All the other added extras were spot on. Great idea for something different in downtown Melbourne.

What a great idea for a night away Surprised my husband for his birthday he had no idea we loved it all of our friends are asking about it looks like we might be booking them all out later in the year for a catch up.

Good fun place to stay in the city! Booked the one with the spa, accommodation is modern and clean, there’s a few drinks and snacks free of charge which is good for a couple of drinks before dinner and there’s plenty to do in the immediate area if you fancy a couple more! Thought the iPad suspended from the ceiling with free movies was a nice touch and good to chill out watching on the comfy bed when you get home that night! Would recommend.
