Are you a hotel?
No. Well, not in the traditional sense. We are certainly not like any “Hotel” you’ve ever been to before. But you can stay the night here, in style.
BOOKINGS
How many people can stay?
The Airstreams are fitted out with the comfiest queen size bed fit for 2 people.
What about kids?
We can accommodate little people. Flick us an email and we can setup a cot or bed.
How much is a night?
Like all accommodation pricing can change depending on demand, season, day of the week, temperature, the moon… head straight to our booking page and select the date you’re after for prices.
I’m In! How do I book?
You can book online via our website or if you would prefer to talk with a human you can call us 9am-5pm Mon-Fri and book over the phone.
Can I buy a Gift Voucher?
Sure can! Purchase these online and you’ll easily be the favourite child. Want to make the gift extra special? Contact us to arrange a HOTEL NO gift box for you to pick up from us.

When can I check in and check out?
Check in is 3pm and check out 11am. Yay for sleep ins!
How do I check in?
You’ll need a smartphone.
Simply Download the App JustIN Mobile (JustIN app for Android or JustIN app for iPhone)
You will need bluetooth on for your key to work

Where can I park my car?
Parking at HOTEL NO is now available 7 days a week (WOO!). This operates differently depending on the day of the week, so please refer to your welcome email for deets on how to access this.

What do I need to bring?
A smart phone is imperative, oh and a smile.
Do you have internet?
We sure do! And an iPad Pro you can use… with complimentary Netflix.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Unfortunately not but you can pre purchase this with us so it’s chilled and already in your room, patiently waiting your arrival.
Can I light up?
Sorry lung busters, no smoking/vaping or any fire/flamage for that matter is allowed at HOTEL NO.
Is there food there?
You can add one of our mouth watering cheese platters to your booking & there are also some chips included in your mini-bar. BUT, you’re in Melbourne’s CBD! Theres almost too much choice for you.
Do you have showers?
Yep. Possibly the nicest shower ever to go into an Airstream. Full height, fully pink.
I’m in a wheelchair, can i get up into the space?
Please contact us to arrange something at the time of booking.

Can I hire out the space for a function?
Yep, sure thing, just said you could. Contact info@hotelno.melbourne to find out what packages we offer. Pretty cool place for a bash.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This is the small writing you see everywhere that you usually ignore but unfortunately is pretty important. Please take some time to have a read through the below. By accessing the HOTEL NO website, you agree and accept, without limitation, all of these conditions and terms of use. These conditions and terms govern HOTEL NO.
RESERVATIONS
All reservations are made subject to these conditions and terms and the person who makes this reservation will be deemed to have accepted these conditions and terms on behalf of the individuals staying at HOTEL NO or using it’s facilities. All reservations are subject to availability. HOTEL NO is not responsible for reservation communication failures, malfunctions or others errors or entries on or in connection with the HOTEL NO website. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old in order to make a reservation at HOTEL NO. In addition, you agree to only make reservations in order to meet your personal needs, or those of another person over the age of eighteen (18) on whose behalf you are authorised to make reservations.
FACILITIES AND SERVICES
HOTEL NO includes third party products or services and HOTEL NO is not liable under any circumstance for any failure by third parties to provide those products or services at the time of your stay. Vouchers or other offers provided by third party companies are subject to conditions and terms specified by those third parties.
CHECK OUT
Standard check out time is indicated in your reservation confirmation. Any departure from HOTEL NO after that time may incur an additional cost. In the event that HOTEL NO’s properties located inside your Airstream deemed missing or stolen during the time of your stay, you will be held financially responsible. In the event that your personal possesions are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the HOTEL NO rooftop, HOTEL NO does not assume financial responsibility.
PAYMENT
HOTEL NO will accept full payment upon booking and may take up to seven (7) days to process this transaction. All bookings made with a Amex or Diners Club will incur a surcharge of 3%. All other credit cards will incur a surcharge of 1.5%.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers purchases are non-refundable, sorry.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you need to cancel/reschedule your booking, please contact us 14 days before arrival so that we can lock in a new date, issue you with a credit note or provide a refund. In order to keep a small business ticking over, refunds or reschedule requests will not be accepted within 14 days of arrival.
GROUP BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
Full payment is taken at the time of booking to lock in a group stay at HOTEL NO. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If cancelled between 14 and 30 days before check-in, a 50% refund will be offered. If cancelled less than 14 days before check-in, no refund will be given.
A grace period of 48 hours is given after the initial group booking to receive a full refund regardless of the above timeframes.
DAMAGE
Charges for any damage inside or outside of the Airstream which is assigned to your reservation will be applied to the credit card supplied to HOTEL NO for payment of the reservation. If payment is unsuccessful an invoice for the charges will be sent to the person who made the reservation.
